Comdata® Expands Services for Small Fleet Trucking Firms
Payments solutions provider launches the Comdata MyFleet Program to help small fleets tackle top operating challenges

Comdata Inc., a trusted source of payment innovation for over 50 years, is excited to announce the expansion of its fleet management offerings to better support smaller over-the-road (OTR) trucking firms. The result of extensive research, including Comdata surveys of more than 500 U.S. small fleet owners and managers, Comdata’s MyFleet Program is a custom portfolio of services that allows fleets with up to 100 trucks to address their most critical operating challenges—lowering costs, staying compliant and accessing the capital they need to run their businesses. This small fleet segment is a critical component of the overall trucking industry. The recently released 2016 American
Trucking Association (ATA) Trends Report estimated that over 97 percent of the interstate carriers in the United States fit into this 1–100 truck market. Despite its size, this market tends to be under-served due to a narrow set of offerings and the difficulty many service providers have in reaching this highly dispersed audience. Through the years, Comdata’s partnership has been invaluable for larger fleets. In prioritizing its offerings for smaller businesses, Comdata designed the MyFleet Program to deliver savings and compliance programs that will help them manage fuel costs and the total operating cost of the fleet.
